Set in the desert on the border between Colombia and Venezuela, where petrol smugglers, known as “pimpineros”, risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to another, the film follows Juan (Alejandro Spitzer), the youngest in a clan of three brothers involved in this dangerous trade, forced to work for a sinister rival. Juan’s girlfriend Diana (Laura Osma) decides to uncover the terrible secrets surrounding this no-man’s land and sets out to find the truth.
